Stelkovics continued from page 2 years. Towards the end of his tenure, he served as national secretary-treasuer. He retired in June 1980. His retirement was shortlived. He returned to serve as acting secretary from June to September 1981, then served as national vice president from 1983 to 1987. Mr. Stelkovics was also a leader on the national fraternal scene.
