She’s just heard the news that the WPA has extended the deadline for its popular Guaranteed Issue Program. Now, eligible members have until June 30.

2000. to take advantage of this offer.

With the Guaranteed Issue Program, adult life-benefit members up to age 80 who are in good standing as of January 1,1999, can purchase additional life insurance without evidence of insurability-and no health questions asked.

Eligible members can choose from any permanent life or Single Premium Whole Life plan* (Term life insurance is not available through this offer.)

For this special promotion, each member will be limited to one new insurance policy. The maximum face amount of insurance ranges from $2,000 to $5,000, depending on the member’s age.
