PMe TKme <kcám Br. 189 Alliance'oH ALLIANCE, OH - Phoebe Marie Jackson may have been the first WPA member bom in 2000, but she certainly isn't the first WPA member in her family. As the child whose birth was the first reported to the Home Office in 2000, Phoebe received a $2,000 juvenile life insurance policy, courtesy of the WPA. But, even without that prize, Phoebe most likely would have become a member shortly after her birth. She is a fourth-generation member: the WPA is in her blood. Her great-grandparents are Mike and Etta Korosy, both members of Branch 189 Alliance. In fact, Mike was one of the men responsible for the successful establishment and development of Branch 189 Alliance. The Korosys passed on their love of the WPA to their children, including Phoebe's grandmother, Marie Zurbrugg. Marie, along with her husband and fellow WPA member Kenneth, enrolled all their children. The Zurbrugg's daughter, Mary Ann, gave birth to Phoebe on Jan. 3. The proud father was WPA member Shawn Jackson. And then there is Phoebe's sister Samantha. If the WPA had conducted a "BabyOne" contest in 1997, it's more than likely that Samantha would have won: she was born on Jan. 2,1997. Phoebe Marie Jackson 2 Willi» Phi Life, April 2000
