Nori, was recently awarded a scholar­ship grant from the William Penn Fraternal Association Scholarship Foundation for the 2000-01 academic year. Rebecca graduated from Hollidays­­burg Area Senior High School this year. She was an honors student, captain of the majorette squad and recipient of the Hollidaysburg Area Repertory Scholarship. She is attend­ing Elizabethtown College majoring in communications. Her late grandfather, Albert J. Nori, who was very active in our organization, enrolled Rebecca in the WPA. The branch congratulates Rebecca. May God bless you as you continue to further your education. Branch 800 resumed its monthly meetings in September after a nice summer recess. All activities for the remainder of the year are now being planned. As we are now in the fall season, kids will be looking forward to Halloween on Tuesday, Oct. 31.
