Invite all your family members, neighbors, friends and, above all, the kids. Branch 800 meetings are now in recess for the summer months. The next branch meeting will be held Tuesday, Sept. 7, at 7:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church social hall ir Altoona. All of you have an enjoyable summer. At the conclusion of the branch's May meeting, the members enjoyed a pizza party. All had a good time with plenty to eat. As one member said, it was a good send-off for the summer months until we meet again in September. Kotik, Branch 8020 secretary-treasurer, was recently elected as a member of the board of directors of the Little Giant Federal Branch 8020 Secretary-Treasurer Nick Kotik was recently elected to the board of directors of the Little Giant Federal Credit Union. Credit Union. The election took place during the credit union's annual meeting May 16. Nick is a longtime member and officer of Branch 8020. He has consistently promoted the goals and ideals of the WPA and has promoted programs for the elderly, handi­capped and disabled. He is active in the McKees Rocks Lions Club, having served as president for three terms. He also served as admin­istrator of the former William Penn Home in Wellsburg, W.Va. He has been employed by the Pennsylvania House of Repre­sentatives for the past two years, serving as administrative assistant to State Rep. Fred A. Trello. Nick and his wife Shirley reside in Kennedy Township, Pa. f Branch 8121 A V St. Marys, PA J By Margaret Marconi The members of Branch 8121 gathered for a regular business meeting May 5 at St. Marys Parochial School annex. Members signed cards to be delivered to the sick, and rosaries were handed out to each member. Father Alfred joined the members for a social and lunch which followed the meeting. He talked with the members about the big trees in front of the priest's house which were cut down recently. They were beautiful but were said to be diseased. More trees will be planted to replace them. We hope all mothers enjoyed their Mother's Day, and we wish the same for all fathers this month on their special day.
