Page 12, September-October 1986, William Penn Life Association Honors Leading Sales Agents The Association honored its top sales agents and bid farewell to the leader of its sales force at the William Penn’s Fifth National Sales Conference. The conference was held at the Sheraton Station Square in Pittsburgh July 10 to 13. Since 1982, the Association has invited the most productive members of its sales force to attend the conference. It is the Association’s way of thanking them for their efforts throughout the previous year. This year’s conference also was the last to be hosted by former National Sales Director Ron Abels. Mr. Abels resigned his position earlier this year in order to start an agency for the Association in Florida. Ten members of the sales force qualified for this year’s conference. Eight full-time agents qualified by achieving $1.5 million in volume. Volume is determined by multiplying each dollar of commission by 100. The eight were (with number of years qualified for the conference and volume in millions): Daniel Wahl (5 years, 4.31 million); Jeff Ward (5, 2.53); Dominic La Verde (2, 2.45); Brian Aronne (2, 2.04); Joseph Barreiro (5, 2.03); Samuel Sulkosky (5, 2.00); Alex Hody (3, 1.63); and Dawn Ward (4, 1.55).
