William B. Foster, President In Celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the William Penn Association, we have introduced several new insurance plans. One of these plans is the Single Premium Whole Life Policy based on the 1980 Commissioners Standard Mortality Table. This will provide our members with the lowest possible premium cost. (Based on age closest to birthday). As part of our celebration, we are converting approximately 21,000 certificates to the 1980 CSO Single Premium Whole Life Insurance Plan. This is a fully paid-up insurance certificate with a larger face amount of insurance in most cases. We plan to personally deliver as many of the 21,000 certificates as possible. If you have one of these certificates, please be patient if you have not been contacted by one of our representatives. This is a gigantic task and will require everyone’s help and support. Some members find it difficult to believe that we are doing this—but it’s true. When you are contacted by one of our representatives, welcome them and you will be glad you did.
