He expects to maintain orderliness of meetings because it breeds development and success. Disorder and chaos only leads to disorder and decline. He will devote his time and effort to serve the Board of Directors and the society to the best of his ability. He will attempt to keep the Board informed of whatever is taking place at the time, whether the Board is in session or out of session. We will be meeting three times a year and if the Board is going to be making logical and proper decisions to guide the society for the next four years, you can't come in and hear everything in three days and make that decision. The Board must be informed ahead of time and be prepared to make decisions. The National Officers are requested to submit written reports to the Board of Directors and be forwarded to the Board members at least one or two weeks prior to a Board meeting. This Board is responsible to the society as a whole and to the convention and no one else. We are here to serve the convention who entrusted us to promote the development of our society upwards not downward. Our duties will be to oversee the operation of our Association. He expects that each Board member will be prepared when he comes to the Board meeting to participate in discussions, and take over whatever task is placed upon him by the Board by way of Committee meetings. Chairman Danko proclaimed to go forth to a new beginning and bring in the second century of this Association with an enlightenment to grow from within and for the betterment of our society. Let us raise our society to new heights. We should set aside our petty differences and consider ourselves as one. Let us all look forward to the future in the advancement that it can bring. Let us not forget the basis of our society; service to our fellowmen, preservation of our heritage and fraternalism. 4) It was moved that Director John T.
