Vice President Eleanor Kender handled it promptly, she wishes to thank everyone for making this a good success. Nice work Eleanor. Another new member was added to our roster, Julia Kovach. June was our last meeting for the summer, our next meeting will be in September. Many plans are coming up. Plan to work at the Allen park Veterans Hospital and also first of October an outing is planned to Frankenmuth. With our sick, Esther Nagy was in the hospital, but glad she is back at the meetings. Our Vice President Eleanor Kender was in the hospital for surgery but is doing well at home. We hope to see her at our September meeting. Also at this writing Betty Kocsis’ husband Bill is recovering at home and Irene Mazag’s husband John, also is improving. Get well cards were sent to them and Secretary Louise is keeping in touch thru visits. Nice to see Mary Kato back from Florida. She thanked everyone on behalf of her husband Frank who became ill in Florida but is now back home for the lovely cards.
