Chapter II, Par. 6 E (page 12) of the By-Laws provides that: "The National Secretary shall certify the results of the District Elections. The names of the delegates and alternates elected, together with the names of the ex-officio delegates shall be published in the Official Publication in the issue preceding the regular meeting of the General Convention."

Accordingly, I hereby certify that the following have been duly elected delegates to the 30th General Convention to be held September 1 2, 1 983, in the William Penn Hotel, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I further certify that the duly elected alternate delegates are listed in the order in which they shall be called in the event an elected delegate from their district is unable to be present at the Convention. Also listed are the ex-officio delegates as provided for in the By-Laws. This listing constitutes the official list of delegates and alternate delegates for the next regular meeting of the General Convention.
