Branch 336 Christmas Party. Branches 34, 39, 71, 89, 163, 352 Christmas Party On Sunday, December 6, 1981, a combined Christmas Party was held for the following branches: Homestead 89, Pittsburgh 34, Duquesne 71, McKees Rocks 163, Beaver Falls 39 and Corapolis 352, at the Homeville Fire Hall in West Mifflin, Pa. The family Christmas Party was well attended and each year we seem to excell over the previous year. Carols were sung by all while we awaited the arrival of the “Amazing Doc’’ Dougherty who entertained and captivated the audience with his magic comedy act. The children were thrilled with his magic and were more than willing to participate in his acts. As the children were still in the magical land of make believe they were visited by the one and only “Santa Claus” who greeted all with his merry “HO HO HO”. Santa distributed the gifts of candy and a new $2.00 bill to the children and a box of candy to each adult. The children were treated to snacks of chips, pretzels, orange drink and a buffet table was available to all. They were all very pleased with the refreshments and expressed their many thanks for such a great party. Branch 34 —'The Amazing Doc' with a helper.
