Many things have happened, some for the good and some not so good, but in every case the purpose was for the best interest of the Association. During these forty years the Bowling Tournaments were organized and it still remains a great fraternal activity of the Association. He is a member of the Rákóczi and Verhovay Societies which later merged to form the now William Penn Association which today is the world’s largest Hungarian fraternal benefit society. The William Penn Association also created the William Penn Scholarship Foundation and he is very pleased to see that the memberhsip is supporting this program. The acquisition of Penn’s Scenic View is also a step in the right direction for our Association and its future fraternal and benevolent activities. Our By-Laws provide that we retain and foster the American-Hungarian culture and heritage as established by our founding fathers and we should continue to preserve this aspect among our membership and among the Hungarian population. We have the capabilities to pursue this program with the help of our membership.
