Radvany, Vice-President, Joseph Hamari, Secretary, Elsie H. Radvany, Treasurer, Anthony C. Beke, and Controller, Betty Kennedy. Congratulations and best wishes to our most faithful officers. Radvany welcomed the children, parents, and members present and extended Christmas greetings to all on behalf of National President, Elmer Charles, National Officers, Directors of the William Penn Association, and Branch 13.
