Johnstown Flood With our September payment notices, the membership was requested to con­tribute to the relief of the William Penn members victimized by the terrible floods of July, 1977. All that is required is that the student send a letter before May 31, notifying the Scholarship Foundation that they want to be con­sidered. Proofs of enrollment, etc. will be requested at a later date. If your letter of request reaches the office after May 31, 1978 the Awards Committee can not consider the application. There­fore, we strongly urge each scholarship grant recipient to send a letter midway through the second semester requesting consideration for the 1978-79 academic year.
