Report Of The Auditing Committee To: National President, Elmer Charles The National Auditing Committee met at the Home Office, 429 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Monday, March 14, 1977 through March 18, 1977. The following committee members were present: Emma L. Beganyi, Secretary Charles Fabian Louis A. Fodor Michael J. Hrabar Michael R. Kara Chairlady, Helen Nemeth, due to recent illness and hospitalization, was not able to attend. The members all extend their best wishes for a speedy recovery. As members of the committee we certify the following audit was made: All bank accounts were very thoroughly checked to the ledgers and confirmed through statements received from the various banks upon request of the committee. These accounts included the General Account, Payroll Account, Dividend Account, Pension Account, Medical and Disability Account. All disbursements were checked with the vouchers and cancelled checks. The Stock and Bond Purchases were verified. The committee went to the Mellon Bank vaults to check all new purchases made within the six month period under audit. They informed the committee on the various proposed plans for the new office complex on Grant Street and the Home for the Elderly in Springdale.
