Chairman Charles welcomed the Board in the spirit of Flag Day, which we are celebrating this day. He informed the Board that the National Fraternal Congress of America is celebrating Flag Day throughout the country. They are commemorating this occasion in Fredonia, Wisconsin at the Stoney Hill Schoolhouse, near Milwaukee, which has been restored and where Flag Day was born. Mr. Charles stated that we would also participate at noon today in Flag Day exercises which is being sponsored by the Greater Pittsburgh Fraternal Societies at Point Park, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
