Coles, ELMER CHARLES National President former Superior Court Judge, Attorney General State of Connecticut, friend and neighbor spoke on Mr. Varga’s many con­tributions to the community. Mr. Elmer Charles, National President was the principal speaker of the evening’s program. In his inimitable way Mr.Charles traced chronologically the many varied services rendered by Mr. Varga to his JUDGE ALBERT E. COLES WILLIAM PENN ASSOCIATION, the business world and community affairs. He cited many instances of unheralded service by the Vice President to his fel­low man and agreed that this Testimonial Dinner was most deserved. Hon. Nicholas Panuzio, Mayor of the City of Bridgeport, brought greetings to the honoree from the official family of the City. Mr. John P. Balia, Vice President and Chairman of the Board extended congra­tulations and warm greetings on behalf of the National Directors, Auditing Com­mittee Members, Home Office Staff and Membership of the Association. show its respect and love of Mr. Varga. Mr. John Sabo, President of the Scholar­ship Foundation accepted the check on behalf of the Foundation. Father Denes Szocs, Pastor St. Emery’s Hungarian R.C. Church spoke in Hun­garian. HON. NICHOLAS PANNUZZIO Mayor of Bridgeport, Conn. Hon. John L. Sullivan, First Selectman, Town of Fairfield spoke on behalf of the Town’s Governing body. Mr. Albert V.
