William Penn-er Receives Well Deserved Citation Mr. Albert G. Kertesz, member of the National Auditing Committee, has recently been cited for his second cost savings action during fiscal year 1970 at the Defense Electronics Supply Center, Department of Defense. Through intensified actions with the Air Force, Aircraft Manufacturing Plants and Defense Supply Agency Installations, Mr. Kertesz’s actions resulted in Government savings of $65,408.00 during October 1969 and $44,652.78 during June 1970 for a fiscal year savings of $110,060.78. Presentations of the awards were made by F. W. Martin, RADM, SC, USN, Commander of the Defense Electronics Supply Center at Dayton, Ohio.
