Miss Barbara Korosy, member of Br. 189, was chosen as one of five Buckeye Girls State Delegates, who represented our city at Capital University in Colum­bus. Buckeye Girls State is an American­ism project sponsored by the American Legion Auxiliary for the purpose of in­structing young women as to the function­ing of American government on the muni­cipal, county and state levels. He was pleased to see everyone present and all members of the official family in good health. There is much serious work ahead for the Association, and through under­standing and cooperation we should be as a representative a girl must be a junior in high school, not over 18, an outstand­ing representative of her class, a good student, and of high moral character. The Home Office has appointed Joseph Molnár to be Branch Manager of our Buffalo, New York, Branch 383 effective August 1, 1970. At the same time it has been decided to relocate the Buffalo District Office to its former address at 200 Ontario Street, Buffalo, New York. Mr. Molnár is available to assist all Branch 383 members, including members who formerly belonged to Branch 290, Depew, N. Y. and now merged into Branch 383. The District Office is avail­able for all servicing of William Penn insurance matters except payment of dues, members are requested to continue to mail payments directly to Pittsburgh as District Offices cannot accept pay­ments. able to accomplish our goals. The following members who made the supreme sacrifice as a result of the Viet Namese Conflict: Michael J. Randolph, Br. 613, Pittsburgh, Pa.; Nicholas Mol­nár, Br. 214, Flint, Mich., Joseph S. Ne­meth, Br. 132, South Bend, Ind., William L. Vaspary, Br. 249, Dayton, Ohio, and Donald Majokowsky, Br. 24, Chicago, III. The members present rose for a minute of silent prayer in tribute to all of our deceased members. President Charles reported the Home Office employees are well and on their behalf expressed sincere apprecaition to the Board Members for approving the re­vised wage schedule and consideration given to them in way of salary increases. 2. Board Chairman, John P. Balia, wel­comed the Directors and Officers. He in­formed the Board that there are many im­portant matters on the Agenda to be act­ed upon and with the full cooperation of everyone present, the matters could be resolved to the best interest of our Asso­ciation. Chairman Balia officially calls the meeting to order. 3. Director Rev. Andrew P. Jacobs of­fered the invocation. The Board Members and Natinoal Officers pledge allegiance to the Flag. 4. Secretary of the Board, Frank J. Rad­­vany calls the roll and the following are present: Elmer Charles, National Presi­dent; Louis L. Varga and Julius J. Le­­nart, Vice Presidents; Directors: John P.
