President of our Sunday William Penn mixed league Mr. Joseph Pinkocze has looked into chartering a bus for New York. We only have 4 seats available on the bus. If you’re interested in going to New York, come down to McGuffey Lanes on Sundays 4 to 6 P.M. and make your reservation. Joe is very pleased and HAPPY about so many going on the bus. There are 3 men’s team, 2 women’s team going from the league. So Captains if you are forming your team do so now, because March 15 is just around the corner. Some news of our bowlers in the Sunday mixed league: Marge Graham a 216, Kay Novak 212 and Sheryl Bunchy 190. The men are the bowlers in this league. Leroy Smith our Treas­urer, bowled a 266 and 259. Jack Palmer 244, Steve Novak 243, Tom Graham and Leo Hercsko 226. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Graham won 1st place in the first half. For the second half there is a 3 way tie for the 1st place, Mr. and Mrs. Tom Graham, Sheryl Bunchy and Lee Smith and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Pin­kocze. Congratulations to Elmer and Stephen Szabó Funeral Directors on their new location for Szabó Funeral Home. Congratulations also go to Mr. and Mrs. Paul Toth formerly of Youngstown, Ohio, they are now making their home in Hubbard, Ohio. We wish them both luck health and happiness in their new home.
