An outstanding young violinist, Miss Turner, who has played in public since the age of seven, is a student of Rudolph Reiners at the Sherwood Music School. She has played on the Rubins T\ program as well as on the Morris B. Sachs TV program, including many other public appearances. Although the capacity of the Conrad Hilton Grand Ballroom, where the VICTORY DINNER-DANCE will be held, is 1,130, about 75% of the tickets already have been sold.
