Branch 545 ANNUAL MEETING

MINUTES taken at the annual meeting of Branch 545 held on December 17 at 7 p.m. 1.) President Frank Grodanic welcomes the members and calls the meeting to order. Present are a number of members and the 15 branch oficers. 2.) The minutes of the previous meeting, read by member Bileznik, are approved. 3.) Treasurer’s report showing an excess of disbursements over receipts in the amount of $33.04 was read and approved. 4.) Manager Frank Nagy reads and explains the amendments to the By-Laws proposed by the Board of Directors. On motion of member Savonovic, seconded by member Bucat, the proposed amendments are approved. 5.) There are no new members to be received. 6.) There are no new members sponsored. 7.) There were no lapses in the branch. 8.) It is moved that the officers be reelected. It is moved that the election be postponed due to the small number of members present. 9.) It is resolved that floral contributions for deceased members remain $7.50 per member. For this purpose each member is required to contribute 25 cents per annum. 10.) Official physicians of the Branch are Dr. John Boal and Dr. Erwin Boal. 11.) The Branch inventory is held and the remuneration of the various officers is fixed. President Frank Grodanic adjourns the meeting at 9:30 p.m.
