The proposed amendments to paragraphs 20, 21, 23 and 31 are adopted without argument. The announcement of the Board of Directors that recommendations pertaining to the provisions of Chapter III., Sick Benefits, can be made only after the completion of preparatory calculations by the Actuary, is duly noted by the District.

The proposed amendments to paragraphs 44, 45 and 66 are adopted.

District 12 recommends that the Association be divided into districts each of which shall be represented on the Board of Directors.

Greetings were exchanged between the representatives of the

former Workingmen’s Sick Ben fit Federation, the Supreme 0 ficers, chairman Louis Novak ai others.

The following were elected d legates to the National Conve tion: Bertalan Kun of Bran 89, John Orosz of Branch 15 Frank Debreczeni of Branch 2 and Alexander Gazdag of Bran M.38. Alexander Nemeth i Branch 226 and Alexander Mu tyan of Branch 193 were elect alternate delegates.
