This villa was named the best villa at the 1933 Triennial in Milan XII., Lejtő utca 2/A ing up the whole length of the living room; its semi-circular shape is taken up again in somewhat smaller proportions by the staircase wall on the west faqade. The architect himself described this villa as follows in the specialised periodical Tér és Forma in 1932: Villa with a structure of reinforced concrete at the corner of Lejtő utca.
