123 flats supported by a monolith reinforced-concrete structure filled in with bricks, plasterboard slabs and prefab partitions. The building has two lifts. Floors 9 to 18 are serviced by their own water supply system. The average floor space of each flat is 41.36 square metres. The tallest building of the former New Market - the Népszínház utca tower block No. 28 Népszínház utca, District VIII Creating a transition to the much lower architecture of Népszínház utca and thus integrating the high-rise into the surrounding urban texture is a six-storey side-wing annexed to the main building designed by Zoltán Boross. Sprawling across the ground floor is now a large exhibition hall bloated up with display-windows projecting into the street. Above this are fourteen storeys of flats topped with a flat roof creating a rather chaotic visual impression.
