Since then their church has been used as an exhibition place for temporary exhibitions (mainly arts, sometimes historical or folk) from spring to autumn. The one-time Greek Church, today an exhibition place of the museum SPORTS HISTORY EXHIBITION (the upper storey of the Red House, 52 Dr Csányi Avenue) The permanent exhibition was opened in the summer of 2006 when Vác was awarded the title of the Sports Town of the Nation. It presents the history of the sports clubs and the most successful sportsmen and women of the town. Opening hours: every Friday 2-5 pm or other hours by appoint­ment. Phone: 06 20 311-1495. Medieval cellar (Széchenyi Street) THE JEWELS OF MOTHER EARTH - mineral and petrographical exhibition (Göncöl House, 3 Ilona Street) This exhibition can be especially useful for stu­dents studying natural sciences.
