The nave of the church Calvinist Church from a bird's eye view town of the paupers who lived here. Today this area is being transformed similarly to the one with farmers' houses. The owners of the long strips of land stretching all the way to the Danube bank used to grow cereals, fruits and vegetables even in the 1970s. Nowadays new rows of houses have been built on the plateau of the river, and flower gardens have taken the place of the former kitchen gardens. Continuing our way we find the town's sports arena and three secondary schools in the former Farmyard. The first Waterworks of Vác were built in 1928 north of the town on Buki Island, which is a preservation area these days. The plant is a technical curiosity because most of the original mountings have been preserved. The double fishing lake having evolved from the oxbow lake of the Danube and its immediate neighbourhood are among the nicest natural recreation areas of the town. Habitat Houses at the forefront of the one-time Threshingfloor (Szérűskert) Another well-known author-inmate of the state prison was Gyula Krúdy. The Calvinist Church in Kisvác is a simplelooking Baroque building. It is not easy to find its entrance because it opens from a small alley. It was built in 1785 when non-Catholics were allowed to build churches as a result of Joseph M's Edict of Religious Tolerance. However, these churches were not allowed to have their entrance open to the street. The minister's house outside the church was built at the same time as the church in Zopf style. The outskirts of Kisvác are still called Limbus by some of the locals. In classical Latin the word "limbus" means “edge", and the meaning might have been associated with the shanty The engine-house of the water-works of museum value
