In all our churches in Hungary we have held our Thanksgiving festival in honor of the millennial existence of our fatherland. But the brightness of this joy shines also to-day upon our divine service, and our hearts are even now beating with its warmth; for our national millennial jubilee has given us the opportunity to hold an International Unitarian Conference here in our Capital, in the heart of our fatherland, and while it is fitting as a part of the jubilee, it is also part of our divine worship. Let, me welcome all those who have come from the Capital and from the different parts of our country, in such a goodly number together. But let me welcome especially our English and American brethren and other foreign friends, who by their presence have given a new assurance of their sympathy and love. I welcome
