Wishing you good health and success in all your endeavors, I remain, Mrs. Alexander Beres (nee Margaret Vécsey) Dear Mr. Chomos: I have just started receiving issues of the Eighth Tribe and enjoy them very much. This letter concerns the January issue on Transylvania. The particular article on the eyewitness report from Transylvania has been on my mind constantly. I feel a deep need to write the history of my Hungarian ancestors and leave it to my cchildren as a legacy of the proud blood that flows in their veins, 1 need desperately to know if any reader of The Eighth Tribe can tell me if there is a chance that I might find information of my mother’s people who lived in Kis Bega (Ordo), Bereg Megye, KOVACH, Ida, father, Jézsef and also in Bereg Megye, KOZÁR István, father István, mother Borbála, famlilies. What countries have these records and are they available? Present-day Hungary is no problem. A wonderful Pastor,, Solymosi Tibor in Tiszadada, Szabolcs, Hungary gave me church records on the SEMSEI family going back to about 1760. These are of my father’s people. I have much hope and determination to never give up on my dream of finding out about my Bereg Megye ancestors. Please, if any reader can give me any suggestions, I would be grateful. I do not want to let my children and their future children down. Sincerely, Mrs. Sharon Ida (Bako) Dickson 22153 Churchill Drive, East Richton Park, Illinois 60471 Dear Sir: I am enclosing a check for 130.. for a One Year subscription for The Eighth Tribe for myself and for each of my two daughters.
