Just send us a picture and short biography. * * * As this is an election year, we’d also like to acknowledge candidates of Hungarian background for both local and national offices and after the elections we’d like to congratulate the winners. Please let us know. Other ethnic groups are justifiably proud if someone wins from among their midst. We Hungarian-Americans should be also. * * * The Hungarian Reformed Federation of America is holding its convention here in Ligonier, Pa. beginning on June 28. If you are among those who’ll be visiting the area don’t forget to stop in and visit us. We’ll be happy to see you. One of the services performed by the Eighth Tribe is publishing poems or short stories by “unknown” Hungarian-American authors.
