the nearly 200 exceptional staff members, through whom God’s love is shared as they minister to our residents. We will thank Him for the Board of Directors and the many volunteers who dedicate time and energy toward the welfare of our residents and toward the strength of our institution. And most of all, we will thank God for His Son, Jesus, and through Jesus, for the forgiveness of our sins and Everlasting Life! The residents, the staff and the Board of Directors join me in asking God to bless and be with all in the large Bethlen Home family during this holiday season. May the Peace that Christ brings, known especially during this time of year, be carried into the new year of 2004. Imre Igazgató-lelkész Sctüritieö THE BETHLEN HOME Holiday Open House The Bethlen Home Activity Department will be sponsoring a Holiday Open House for our residents and their families on Saturday, December 20th from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Entertainment will be provided by the Scottdale Concert Band. Hope to see you there! Holiday Book Fair to be Held The Bethlen Home Staff, families and residents will have the opportunity to purchase books and other holiday gift items at our Second Annual Book Fair which will be held on Thursday, December 4th from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The books are sold at 50% to 70% off retail prices. The company carries a large variety of books, including cookbooks, children’s, music, and stationary items, to name a few. This is a great time to do some of your Christmas shopping!! Memorial Service The Bethlen Home will be holding a Memorial Service on Saturday, December 13th at 2:00 p.m. to honor former residents who have passed away during the last six months. Families will be notified of the details. Residents are welcome to attend and pay their respects to their former friends.
