Petiben Cultural Center The Bethlen Cultural Center would like to give a BIG THANK YOU! to Mrs. Sandy Mellon for her kind donation of an Olympus 35mm. camera for our use. What a wonderful surprise it was to be presented with this camera, just days after our request! The pictures in this section of the Messenger are all taken with this camera! Again thank-you very much for your kindness. The Cultural Center would like to also thank Terez Kaszap for her many vegetables that she has donated from her amazing garden! You can see Terez diligently working from sunrise to sunset - she truly has a green thumb! Terez Kaszap in her hillside garden. Thank-you also goes out to Rev. Kalman Ludwig and Piroska Hunyadi and the young people from the Hungarian Reformed Youth Camp who spent a joyous afternoon with our residents. These young people represent our future and it is a pleasure working with them! Pictured at right: Youth Camp members being welcomed. Bottom: Singing with residents in the Dining Room.
