Scttbitp JNgíjltgíjtö THE HEART AND SOUL OF THE BETHLEN HOME Many times, as visitors enter our facility, you often hear them comment on how wonderful our residents look, how happy they seem and how clean the facility is. This all comes from a team effort of our staff working together to provide a healthy and happy atmosphere for our residents. The Heart and Soul of The Bethlen Home is our nurse's aides who provide the loving care to our residents each day. Each day as the nurse's aide sets out to perform their duties, you can always find them with a smile on their face offering a cheerful Hello to start our residents' day. As the nurse's aide gets to know her residents, they form a bond. This bond enables the nurse's aide to recognize problems that may occur during their shift, such as health problems or change in the resident's condition. Many of our aides go beyond the call of duty for their residents. You often see them bringing in special treats, doing some personal shopping for them and sending them cards on their birthdays and holidays. Many "Thanks'' to the nurse's aides for all their hard work, dedication and caring hearts they put forth each day to make our residents feel at home.
