^xtiintg pltgljítgljts ATTENTION FAMILIES: IT S SPRING CLEANING TIME!! THE RESURRECTION Spring is just around the corner and so is the time to start preparing for Spring cleaning of the resident's rooms and closets. As you know, many of our residents like to collect items from season to season and don't always like to part with them. This is where help is needed from the family. Family members are encouraged to remove items that their resident no longer uses, such as: holiday decorations, clothing, shoes, purses, etc. which take up room and closet space. Cluttered rooms are also a danger to the residents. Families are encouraged to take excess trinkets, wall decorations, clothing, etc. home. This also makes the House Cleaning Department's job easier when it comes to cleaning the room. It's less likely that items will be broken, etc. Items should be removed by April 1, 1998. After this date, our Staff will be disposing of excess items. Thank You for your cooperation. EASTER MORNING Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulcher, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulcher. And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus. And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, "Why seek ye the living among the dead?" "He is not here, but is risen; remember how He spoke unto you when He was yet in Galilee, saying, 'The Son of man be delivered into the hands of sinful men and be crucified, and the third day rise again'." And they remembered His words, And returned from the sepulcher, and told all these things untoThe eleven, and to all the rest. It was Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary, the mother of James, and other women that were with them, who told these things unto the apostles. And their words seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed them not. What a lovely Easter morning A smile on every face; Children eager and waiting To start the annual race. Colored eggs are hidden And chocolate bunnies too; See the lovely colors Of purple, orange and blue. A marshmallow chick of yellow Peeks out from beneath a stump; And a tiny chocolate rabbit Peers around a grassy clump Beautiful woven baskets Await sweet sugary fill, As the blazing sun comes up O'er the emerald grassy hill. Then arose Peter, and ran unto the sepulcher and, stooping down, he beheld the linen clothes laid by themselves and departed, wondering in himself at that which was come to pass. Luke 24 1-12
