We wish you many more. ^zixbity pltgíjítgljis "CONGRATULATIONS ESTHER BERKEY" The International Food Service Executive's Association recently recognized Esther Berkey, who presently is our Dietary Supervisor here at Bethlen Home, for her outstanding work, dedication and professionalism in Food Service Management. This is a highly prestigious honor which rewards the education, years of food service management and work within the IFSEA and other professional association. The 900 points required shows that the certificate is not easy to attain by the limited number of people the IFSEA recognizes. Esther has been an employee of Bethlen Home since 1985. Her hard work and dedication to our Home and Residents is very much appreciated by her Co-workers, Families and Residents. "CONGRATULATIONS" once again Esther, the IFSEA couldn't have chosen a more appropriate person to receive the Food Service Manager Title. WEDDING BELLS Congratulations to two of Bethlen Homes' special Volunteers who were recently engaged. Ruthe Wineland and AI Nagel will be tying the knot this fall.
