A Call for the 38th Quadrennial Convention of HRFA

Each Convention is a historic landmark for the Hungarian Reformed Federation of America. Every four years, the Directors of the Federation and the delegates come together to celebrate our heritage, renew old acquaintances and enjoy one another’s company. We validate our past accomplishments and look forward to furthering our goals to ensure our continued successes.

This year is no different as we carry on the traditions of times past by meeting in Ligonier, PA during September and October, 2008. It will be refreshing to return to our roots at the Bethlen Home where so many historic events have occurred in our history. During that week, we will unite in our belief that HRFA accomplishes all that our forefathers desired in their original charter.

As Chairman of the Hungarian Reformed Federation of America, I extend a warm welcome to all our elected delegates to the 38th Quadrennial Convention and, at the same time, express the sincere appreciation of the entire Board of Directors to our Branch Managers and Branch Officers for the excellent work they have done in supporting the directives of our By-Laws in the election of this year’s delegates. The Federation has always been a Fraternal Life Insurance Society in which our valued members form the backbone of our charitable deeds and in which we offer the best in insurance coverage and annuity products. I am particularly proud to be part of this upcoming convention in which you, too, play a vital role in HRFA’s affairs.
