X HOME OFFICE NEWS HRFA WELCOMES NEW STAFF TO THE HOME OFFICE Petra Fehérvári joined the FIRFA staff in June 2008. She works with Public Relations and Fraternal Activities. Proud of the cultural heritage of her native Budapest, Petra received her bachelor’s degree in journalism through Eszterhazy-Karoly College in Eger and later worked as a news editor for the Hungarian (Kossuth) Radio in Budapest. She also plans to return to Budapest one day and encourages Americans to visit its many historical sites and learn about its incredible cultural life. “I enjoy working in a place where Hungarian is so fluently spoken and enjoy living in the Washington, DC area. For me, what’s important is understanding American culture, and HRFA puts me in contact with branches all around the nation.
