We need new agents

Part-time or Full-time captive (HRFA only)

Or Independent Agents (sells for multiple carriers)

$360 distributed among the top three performing agent referrals*

$100 each for the top three referral letters (see # 2 below)

Minimum requirements for all prizes:

1. Send us the name and address of your referral.

2. Send a letter telling us why you think the agent will be a good sales person.

3. Agent must be accepted and remain with FIRFA for a minimum of 6 months.

4. Agent must bring us at least 20 new members in 6 months from sign up as an agent

* $20 will be paid out each month to the persons who referred the top three selling agents in

that month (over a six-month period) — Deadline for submission 10/30/06
