I enjoy music, playing my guitar and working with computers and graphic design.” (Michael was recommended by Branch Manager Olga Darnay) APPEAL Our Members Who Received Student For many years our Federation has granted aid to our younger members enabling them to complete their education. This support helped a great many of them to obtain well paid positions and to enjoy security. There are many others at the beginning of their studies which might never be finished unless we lend them a helping hand by granting student aid. We are calling, naturally, first on those members who have enjoyed our help in the past. Please help us continue our student aid program by sending your contribution to the following address: HUNGARIAN REFORMED FEDERATION OF AMERICA Student Aid and Loan Fund 2001 Massachusetts Ave, NW Washington, DC 20036 Hungarian Reformed Federation of America is proud to introduce the SCHOLARSHIP ALUMNI PROGRAM We would like to embrace with pride all those young members who have received Student Aid and have already graduated from their studies. These young scholars had a lot of wonderful dreams, promising plans and outstanding achievements in their academic performance, as they were pursuing their higher education. In recognition of this hard work and their talents, they were awarded our grant to support them towards their goals. The number of Student Aid Recipients has been growing steadily from year to year. About 25 students are being granted financial support annually. There were some very touching grateful notes written in older issues of Fraternity by past scholarship recipients. It would be fascinating to find out how their lives and career have developed since then. Therefore, if you are a previous scholarship recipient we would like to hear from you, and to tell us about what you have done since you were a recipient. Also please send us a current photo, and we will publish your old and new look side by side (if you wish). If you happen to be in touch with one of the former recipients, please give us their current contact information, by sending an email to fraternal@hrfa.org, or mail it to me at the Home Office.
