Place a couple of spoonfuls of the yellow powder tempera and a little baby powder into a paper sack. Add two cotton balls to the paper sack and fold the top closed. Shake the balls in the powder. Remove the cotton balls and shake lightly over the open sack. Glue one colored cotton ball in the half eggshell and the other ball on top of the first one. Cut or punch out two black eyes and cut out an orange beak from the colored paper. Glue in place. Glue eggshell on a card so it will stand up. MATERIALS: One can of sweetened condensed milk Food coloring White construction paper Paint brushes or cotton swabs Ibut large white egg shapes out of white construction paper. Mix four different colors of food coloring with the condensed milk in four separate paint cups. Keep the colors bright and pastel. Use brushes or cotton swabs to generously paint the eggs in different colors as shown. While the paint is still wet, hang the eggs on a bulletin board with push pins, slanting the egg at an angle. Allow the egg paintings to dry. The paint colors will run together, creating designs that run in a diagonal direction.
