Albert St.Miklosy Tel: 908-534-2717 Branch 151 - Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania Fund Raising Event The long anticipated and planned fund raising event of our branch was held on March 23, 2002. A group of our members and friends met at the Ellwood City Hungarian Club to make “hurka and kolbász.” We all know how much work, time and effort is involved in such an undertaking. And for the first time, our younger members Josh Fleischman, Rodney King and Chuck Oravitz joined their older friends Butch and Joey Csornán and Robert Vargo, to leam the art of “hurka and kolbász making.” The older boys have been helping for the last five years. Hopefully, they will some day carry on this unique Hungarian tradition on their own.
