Page 22 TESTVÉRISÉG a dream of mine to be a teacher, to make a difference in the lives of children, to help them learn, grow, and succeed. Each day of my college education has put me one step closer to that goal. I have gained valuable experience in preparation for my career as I have worked at summer camps, in a Day Care Center, taught Sunday School, and I continue to work in the child care room at my church, caring for infants - three- year-olds during Sunday morning worship. I am a substitute teacher at my church’s Nursery School, and I hope to work again next summer at a camp at my church for three to eight year olds. I am also proud to be a member of the N.A.E.Y.C. (National Association for the Education of Young Children). Working with children puts a smile on my face, and to see their smiles, just makes my day! I look forward to my future in obtaining a degree in CHRISTA I. VAN BUSKIRK education. Every moment I spend with a child reminds me of my love for children and my commitment to becoming a teacher. In my opinion, teaching is a very rewarding and challenging career. Thank you again for the Student Aid check.
