Page 18 TESTVÉRISÉG STUDENT AID continued Adam Thomas Orosz, member of Branch 252, is a sophomore at Purdue University, Indiana, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Although bom in Nagy varad, Transylvania, he has lived most of his life in the United States, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, and Niles, Ohio, where his father was a pastor. The family now resides in Cleveland, Ohio, where they are also members of the West Side Hungarian Reformed Church. Daniel Erdei Toth, member of Branch 33, is attending Rutgers University majoring in political science. After graduation, he hopes to attend law school and eventually run for public office. At first, he would like to run for a township council seat, then state-senate and eventually mn for the United States Senate and get elected, which is his career goal. One of his favorite hobbies is auto mechanics. During weekends and during the summer, he buys cars, fixes them up and sells them. He has never forgotten his Hungarian heritage and has often visited Hungary. Sarolta Adrienn Vegh, member of Branch 33, is currently attending Rutgers University majoring in psychology and minoring in philosophy. This final semester she is planning to teach autistic children at the Douglass Developmental Disabilities Center at the University, which she says is a truly rewarding experience for both the children and herself. After graduation she plans to get involved in occupations related to her major area of study and then return to graduate school with a focus in the field. She would like to express her appreciation to Fred and Margaret Erdei for their assistance in the application process and to the donors who contribute to this worthwhile cause. Kanda L. Vecchiarelli, member of Branch 69, is currently attending Ohio State University majoring in Education. Since she is Hungarian-American and Italian-American, she is very proud of having grown up in a Hungarian/Italian/American culture.
