THE SÁROSPATAK REFORMED KOLLEGIUM’S CHOIR TOUR of the UNITED STATES

The American Hungarian community in the United States would like to extend a warm welcome to the Sárospatak Reformed Kollegium’s Choir that will be in the United States during the months of March and April on a three-week tour. The Itinerary of the Choir-Tour is as follows: (all dates refer to 1996)

Thursday, March 28

Arrival in New York, trip to Connecticut.

Friday, March 29

Rest and sightseeing in Connecticut.

Saturday, March 30

Concert in Connecticut.

Palm Sunday, March 31

Trip to New York and concert there.

Monday, April 1-Good Friday, April 5

Concerts in New Jersey: Passaic, Perth Amboy and New Brunswick.

Good Friday, April 5 (afternoon)

Travel to Washington, D.C.

Saturday, April 6

Sightseeing in Washington, D.C.

Easter Sunday, April 7

Concert in Washington, D.C.

Monday, April 8

Trip to William Penn Scenic View in Pennsylvania. Visit to Ligonier, Pennsylvania. No concert planned, only informal singing.

Tuesday, April 9

Trip to Columbus, Ohio.

Wednesday, April 10

Concert in Columbus, Ohio.

Thursday, April 11

Trip to Toledo, Ohio and concert.

Friday, April 12

Trip to Cleveland, Ohio.

Saturday, April 1 3

Concert in Cleveland, Ohio.

Sunday, April 14

Trip to Detroit, Michigan and concert.

Monday, April 15

Rest in Detroit. Possible trip to Holland or Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Tuesday, April 16-April 1 7

Concerts in Holland, Michigan and/or Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Thursday, April 18-April 19

Trip and concert in Welland, Ontario.

Saturday, April 20

Concert in Toronto, Ontario.

Sunday, April 21

Trip back to New York.

Monday, April 22

Departure for Hungary.
