Page 24 TESTVÉRISÉG MEMORIAM continued In 1969, Rev. Kecskemethy was asked to serve again as Pastor of his first congregation in Passaic, New Jersey. He retired from the ministry in 1973. He and Mrs. Kecskemethy retired to Portland, Maine, where they lived until Mrs. Kecskemethy’s death in 1991. In early 1992, Rev. Kecskemethy returned to Ligonier, Pennsylvania, as a cottage resident at the Bethlen Home. Rev. Kecskemethy served a long and productive life as a clergyman and administrator/manager. He served his God, his Church and his fellowmen with vigor and foresight. He was loved and respected and is remembered as a builder, a caring church leader and as a loving father by the thousands of people whose lives were touched by his. He is survived by his sons, Joseph and Stephen, by six grandchildren, and by three great-grandchildren. President George Dózsa and Secretary Endre Csornán attended the funeral services of Rev.
