Page 6 TESTVÉRISÉG FROM THE TREASURER’S OFFICE The Youth Conference of the Calvin Synod, UCC, and the Hungarian Reformed Church in America was held at the Mennonite Church Center in Laurelville, PA on August 8-14, 1993. Camp Directors were Miss Priscilla Hunyady and Rev. William Nyerges. Each year, the Federation shows its support and continuing interest in the Church Youth Camp. This year we donated $4,000 towards the camp expenses, and gave a donation to each camp participant who is a member of the Federation. The campers were the guests of the Bethlen Home ence room, Rev. Paul Kovács gave a brief explanation about the work of the Bethlen Home, and the donations were presented at this time also. After the delicious cookout, the young people and their counsellors visited the elderly, entertained them with their songs, and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The Federation is pleased to have the opportunity to support the Youth Camp, and we encourage the youth in our churches to participate in this most rewarding experience. Suzanne S.
