We have pending claims on members that we cannot locate. Most of the claims are for matured policies or where the extended insurance coverage lapses, leaving an amount of pure endowment which belongs to the members. Various attempts have been made to locate these members through the information available to us; however, all has been in vain. When you have a life insurance contract, it is your advantage to keep your insurance company informed of your current address and any change in your marital status. In the following list, the branch of the members is shown with the policy number and amount due to the missing member. If you know the whereabouts of anyone of the members listed below, please ask him or her to contact me and further information will be given and arrangement so settlement can be made.
