J___L FRATERNITY Page 27 JULIA M. TOMPA, Member of Br. 302 “I would like to express my sincere thanks for the student aid scholarship that the HRFA has presented me with. Your contribution will most certainly help ease the financial burden of my college expenses. Presently, I am a sophomore at Boston University in the state of Massachusetts. I am enrolled in a special five-year Master Degree program for Physical Therapy. In the following years, I also plan to study toward my PhD in this field. Having achieved this, my ultimate goal in life is to help disabled people regain their ability to be valuable citizens of society. Once again, thank you for showing such support and interest in my education and future plans!” Julia is the daughter of our Branch Manager, Julianna Tompa. Julia is a lifetime member of the Federation. Since early childhood she has been involved in the Hungarian community of New Brunswick; the life of the Magyar Reformed Church in New Brunswick, and the Hungarian Scouts. She attended Hungarian classes of the Sunday School for seven years and the Széchényi Magyar Iskola for ten years. She was a distinguished honors student from kindergarten till her graduation from Bishop G. Ahr High School in 1991. The Editor.
