Page 18 TESTVÉRISÉG BRANCH NEWS BRANCH 5—ALLENTOWN, PA Ibolya Balogh, Presiding Officer, opened the meeting of our branch on February 25, 1990, held at the Bethlehem Church at 12:30 p.m. The officers elected for 1990 were: Ibolya Balogh, President; Helen Kuronya, Vice President; Adela Balogh, Treasurer-Secretary. Adda Balogh, Branch Manager BRANCH 22—YOUNGSTOWN, OH On Wednesday, June 6, 1990, the Cantemus Children's Choir and the Piccoli Archi Orchestra from Nyíregyháza, Hungary, performed at Powers Auditorium in Youngstown, Ohio. The Youngstown Project has a very large turnout. There were approximately 600-650 people in attendance. 31 host families from the Youngstown area opened their homes for two nights for these children. I would like to thank the entire committee (too numerous to mention), Joe Vince, Chairman, Elizabeth Szabó, Project Co-ordinator, Claire Maluso, Federal Plaza Director and John Camp-Yo, Area Chamber of Commerce, for an excellent job heading this project. The City of Youngstown entered into a sister city relationship with Nyiregyhaza, Hungary, to exchange ideas and to develop a closer relationship between our cities and mayors. This was one of our branch activities. Many members from our branch and other branches were present. Other Hungarian organizations were well represented. The program was enjoyed by all. John K. Morey, Ohio Director and Manager Branch 22 BRANCH 31-LORAIN, OH Lt.Col. Ed Molnár of the Surgeon General's office, Washington, D.C., was in California recently participating in unveiling of a bronze statuette of Kossuth Lajos. Senators and congressmen were on the program. Bishop Zoltán Szucs of Lorain Hungarian Reformed United Church of Christ also attended. Mr. Edward Molnár and his wife are members of our branch. Mr. Edward Molnár Sr. was elected as a delegate several times to represent Branch 31 at the Hungarian Reformed Federation Convention. Emma Aros, Branch Manager
