This would be appropriate since President Roosevelt signed our original charter and the plaque had also been displayed at the old Kossuth House. —In order to minimize questions in the future, it is recommended that an "Employee Handbook" be developed by the Executive Committee to list all benefits for the employees, i.e. vacation, hospitalization, pension, etc. —The procedure in the Home Office on a surrender policy shall be that the full cash value should be returned to the insured. Unless there are specific instructions to the contrary on the surrender and/or attached application form. This resolution refers to question 6 on the application. —Milton H. Also, the applicant must be a member of the HRFA for a minimum of 5 years. —That donations will be as follows: Bethlen Home $24,000 Bethlen Museum & Archives $6,000 Youth Camps in the USA $4,000 Youth Camps in Canada $400.00 Magyar Egyház $1,000 Reformátusok Lapja $1,000 American Hungarian Foundation $1,000 Hungarian Boy Scouts $1,000 Church Camp (summer school) Attendants, each $25.00 —The District Office hours (except St. George District) shall be restricted to 30 hours per week. —The Board should not consider to transfer title of land to be used for the development of the Museum and Archives Plan. —To study the feasibility of building the facilities of the Museum and Archives by the Bethlen Home of the HRFA and the Executive Committee be authorized to approve the form of a lease agreement negotiated between Bethlen Home of the HRFA and Museum and Archives, Inc. —Regarding the American Hungarian community in the USA, the Hungarian Reformed Federation of America and the William Penn Association, together with the Hungarian Church Denominations, agree to continue to cooperate in exploring ways of bringing the American Hungarian community together to create a united representation—Hungarian American Congress. —Since the government in Hungary gave its official consent to return Sárospatak (the third gymnasium on the list, second being Budapest) to the care of the church and has accepted help from the North American Reformed Presbyterian community, that the HRFA recommend that its members extend financial assistance towards this cause and the HRFA give a $5,000 outright donation to this said cause. —The HRFA give the American Hungarian Foundation Heart Fund a loan of $5,000, interest-free, towards the preparatory expenses for the Cantemus Choir tour of North America. —The Ravasz Bible translation be reprinted in Hungary and distributed in Transylvania and Hungary as gifts and that expenses be equally shared from the Presidential Fund and the Bethlen Home of the HRFA. Limit $l,000/each. —The feasibility of publishing the Knight, "History of the Hungarian Reformed Church," be studied by the Executive Committee. —The HRFA become a depositor (if legally possible) in Lorain Credit Union and St. Margaret Credit Union of Cleveland. The amount is to be determined by the Executive Committee. —The HRFA accept the offer of Lorain Credit Union to have their main entrance door decorated with the HRFA name and emblem.
